Mr Paul Tulley is an expert Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive, and Cosmetic Surgeon practicing at Kensington Medical in Harley Street, London and the Southeast of the UK. His experience in facial plastic surgery encompasses a comprehensive range of cosmetic surgeries, notably facial rejuvenation procedures such as deep plane facelifts, mini facelifts, neck lifts, lip lifts and temple lifts, intricate rhinoplasty, and revision rhinoplasty.

In addition to his cosmetic focus, Mr Tulley is highly skilled in reconstructive surgeries, addressing conditions such as facial palsy and skin cancer.

Mr Tulley’s educational journey began at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in London, where he earned his degree in 1993. He advanced his training with general surgical residencies at esteemed institutions like Charing Cross and University College Hospitals, culminating in his fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons in 1997.

His specialisation in plastic surgery started at Mount Vernon Hospital, where he initially served as a research fellow at the RAFT Institute of Plastic Surgery. His groundbreaking research on gene therapy for malignant melanoma earned him an MD from the University of London in 2001. Mr Tulley completed his specialised registrar training in plastic surgery across several London teaching hospitals under the Pan-Thames Plastic Surgery program, officially joining the GMC specialist register in 2007.

Mr Tulley further honed his skills through international fellowships in Taipei, Taiwan, and Toronto, focusing on microsurgical reconstruction. He enriched his expertise in cosmetic surgery with a fellowship at the Wellington Hospital in London and additional training in the United States, studying under renowned aesthetic surgeons.
