CoolSculpting is a non-surgical fat reduction treatment to target stubborn fat pockets. It can treat the neck area. By using the controlled cooling technology, it freezes and breaks down fat cells, which are then naturally eliminated by the body. This procedure is mostly safe but does carry some risks. It is FDA-approved and requires minimal downtime. Results take about 12-16 weeks to show. The effects are not as dramatic or as defined as neck liposuction or a neck lift. It is now recommended to have two sets of CoolSculpting to achieve optimal results.

Vaser liposuction is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that uses ultrasound technology to break down and remove excess fat. Both Vaser liposuction and micro liposuction are known for their ability to sculpt the neck and other areas of the body with more precision compared to traditional liposuction techniques and compared to CoolSculpting.
